A backup of the System State of a remote Windows 2003 Domain Controller(DC) causes Backup Exec Remote Agent Service (beremote.exe) to crash on the DC with faulting module msvcr80.dll.

An attempt to run a backup of the System State of a Domain Controller causes the backup to hang on SYSVOL component and then Backup Exec Remote Agent (RAWS) service crashes.This is pre-dominantly observed when there are two or more domain controllers replicating SYSVOL using File Replication Service.
The Backup Job Log will report following error

An unexpected error occurred when cleaning up snapshot volumes. Confirm that all snapped volumes are correctly resynchronized with the original volumes.
