Problem
Unable to see Exchange 2007 Information Store when browsing the backup selection list on a local Small Business Server Windows 2008
Solution
1. Grant sufficient permissions for Exchange backup (see related documents)
2. Make sure the Backup Exec Remote Agent service is running as Local System Account.
3. Ensure that the Backup Exec System Account (BESA) has Domain Admin privileges.
