What issues does this hotfix resolve?
When using the SynchroniseFSASharePermissions registry key set to 0, permissions are not granted correctly.  Users were not able to access folders that they explicitly had permissions on.

How to Install this hotfix
1. Stop all EV services.
2. Copy all of the files above in the EV Installation folder to a safe location.
3. Overwrite the files in their original location with the files from the Hotfix.
4. Start all EV services.

How to Uninstall the hotfix
1. Stop all EV services.
2. Overwrite the files in the installation folder with the ones from the safe location.
3. Start all EV services
