Solution



Workaround:

1. Verify the System Event Viewer on VCB Framework.

2. If appears the Event ID 7009 Error as Image below (Figure 1).

3. Try to restart the "Virtual Mount Manager" VmWare Service

4. If "Virtual Mount Manager" VmWare Service cannot Start, apply Solution below (Symantec recommends consulting this solution with VmWare Official Support).

Solution:
 
Execute a Repair on "VCB Framework" installation.
