Backup Exec fails to resync the DAOS catalog on the Lotus Domino server after restoring NLO files

Error

Final error: 0xE0009A94 - Backup Exec failed to resync the DAOS catalog on the Lotus Domino server after restoring NLO files.

Solution

After restoring the DAOS-enabled Domino databases, Backup Exec resynchronize the DAOS catalog. This error may occur if the resynchronization process fails because Domino server response times are slow.

Resolution:

If Domino server performance seems sluggish, consider rescheduling the restore job. Also ensure that DAOS catalog file daoscat.nsf is present at the Domino server.
