Problem
When backing up data using the Desktop Laptop Option (DLO) agent job fails with windows delay write error
Error
Windows - Delayed Write Failed
Windows as unable to save all the data for the file \\xxxxx\xxxxxx\...pst
The data has been lost. This error may be caused by a failure of your computer hardware.
Solution
1. Run Appcritical test from DLO destination server to the DLO client
2. Verify if the DLO client contains large size files ex. PST folders.
3. Check for fragmentation on the DLO client volume.
4. Try backing up to a different Network User Data Folder location .
