Solution
What issue does this hotfix resolve?
When forwarding archived SMIME
items (with attachments) in OWA, the attachments are not available
How to install this hotfix:
Perform an upgrade by running
Symantec Enterprise Vault OWA 2003 Extensions.msi (download below) on all
Exchange 2003 Back End servers
and Front End Servers which have the Enterprise Vault OWA extensions
installed.
How to uninstall this hotfix:
1. Uninstall the OWA extensions
using Add/Remove Programs
