Problem
Disaster Recovery, 'CR Garbage Collection', 'PDDO Backup' or 'PDDO Data Removal' workflows may hang on the first jobstep in a Queued/Running_Hold state
Error
PureDisk job log from any of the aforementioned workflows may report "waitprevjobinworkflow" on the first jobstep.
Solution
Symantec has acknowledged that the above-mentioned issue (ETrack 1790525) is present in the current version(s) of the product(s) mentioned at the end of this article. This issue is currently being proposed by Symantec to be addressed in a future release of PureDisk.
