Error



V-79-57344-65055 - AOFO: Initialization failure on: "\\MAIL01\Microsoft Information Store\SG1". Advanced Open File Option used: No.
Snapshot provider error (0xE000FE1F): The device cannot be found.
Check the Windows Event Viewer for details.

 


Cause



This issue occurs because of a deadlock in the Store.exe process.


On a Microsoft Exchange 2007 server, the Microsoft Exchange Information Store service stops responding intermittently.

The following event is logged in the Application Log on the Exchange server:

Solution




To resolve this problem, install Update Rollup 8 for Exchange 2007 Service Pack 1.
