Cause

When using customized shortcuts set to include more than 30,000 characters from the original message body, and a message is archived that contains at least this many characters, post processing may cause ArchiveTask to consume 100% CPU and not complete.  Items may get stuck in the A1 queues.

Workaround:

Configure shortcut policy to include less than 30,000 characters of original message body.
