This hotfix can only be applied
to the following version of Enterprise Vault:
Enterprise Vault for
Compliance Accelerator 6.0 SP2, Build 3232
What issue does this hotfix resolve?
When certain users who have
access to large number of Cases/Departments work on the system they have access
to a very large number of legacy searches. This impacts the overall system when
building up the drop down list of all these searches and causes the .Net Gen 2
cache to be overloaded and effectively makes the entire system slow for all
reviewers.
Which files does this hotfix replace?
ComplianceWeb.dll
How to install this hotfix:
1. Make a copy of the
ComplianceWeb.dll in the Bin Subfolder of the Compliance Web folder on computers
running the Compliance Accelerator Web Server.
2. Replace the ComplianceWeb.dll
with the attached updated version.
3. Restart IIS Web Server from
the Services control Snap-In.
How to uninstall this hotfix:
1. Replace the ComplianceWeb.dll
with the original file.
2. Restart IIS Web Server from
the Services control Snap-In.
