Problem
Attempting to uninstall a VERITAS Cluster Server Enterprise Agent produces a warning, "%VCS_HOME% environment variable not defined. Exiting Setup", and terminates the uninstall
Error
%VCS_HOME% environment variable not defined. Exiting Setup.
Solution
This error can occur when attempting uninstall a VERITAS
Cluster Server (VCS) Enterprise Agent after the VCS software has already been
uninstalled. During the uninstall, VCS removes the %VCS_HOME% environment
variable that the Enterprise Agent uninstaller relies on. The recommended course
of action is to manually uninstall the VCS Enterprise Agent.
