Problem
Does the computer need to be restarted?
Cause
Under certain circumstances Windows needs to be restarted. This can be caused by Windows attempting to update or delete a file that is in use; a program, update, or hotfix has been installed or removed; a Windows Update Agent has requested a restart; or that another Symantec application requires a restart.
Solution

Restart the computer.
