Specific Active Directory users are not appearing in "Add LDAP Users"

You want to add Active Directory users to the Symantec Web Security (SWS) user list and when you go to "Add LDAP User," one or more users are not appearing, though many others do appear.


This can occur if the login name is corrupted in the Active Directory. Renaming the Active Directory user should resolve the problem.
