How to configure AMS alert actions for Symantec Mail Security 4.0 for Exchange

You installed Symantec Mail Security 4.0 for Microsoft Exchange (SMS for Exchange) and configured rules to send Alert Management System (AMS) alerts. The Notifications and Alerts page lists the appropriate AMS. You need to know how to configure the alert action.
To configure AMS alerts (use the AMS Admin Utility)
- Launch AMS Admin Utility.
- Select the appropriate AMS Server.
- Select "All Products" under Product Selection, and then click Configure AMS.
- Create an AMS alert using the following items under configurable action item Symantec Mail Security:
- Content Violation
- Default Alert
- Error Violation
- Violation Outbreak
- Virus Found
