How to obtain media for Symantec Enterprise VPN Client or Symantec Client VPN

You have a Symantec Enterprise Firewall product (Symantec Enterprise Firewall, Symantec VelociRaptor, Symantec Gateway Security) with VPN support, Symantec Firewall/VPN appliance, or Symantec Enterprise VPN server. You need information on obtaining the Symantec Enterprise VPN Client or Symantec Client VPN media.
Symantec Enterprise Firewall and VPN server products
Symantec Enterprise VPN Client or Symantec Client VPN is included in shipments of Symantec Enterprise Firewall or Symantec Enterprise VPN when Mobile VPN is licensed. The VPN Client is included on a separate CD. This CD is in a cardboard sleeve, not in a jewel case.
Symantec Firewall/VPN appliances
The VPN Client is included on a separate CD. This CD is in a cardboard sleeve, included in the package for your Symantec Firewall/VPN 200R. Model 100 and 200 do not include the VPN Client.
