Problem
V-225-243 -- "Could not find the installer for LiveUpdate. Please make sure the media is complete." or V-225-9 "Could not load settings .xml" occurs when attempting to install Backup Exec for Windows Servers (BEWS).
Solution
Resolution:
1. Logon using any other applications like VNC instead of using Terminal services (mstsc) or login using mstsc /console (Console Mode).
2. Install .Net Framework 2.0, MSXML 4.0 and MSXML 6 manually or else try a local install, then run the Backup Exec Installation again.
