Problem
You have Symantec Mail Security for Domino installed on your Domino server. When you enable Symantec Premium AntiSpam, the real-time blacklists (RBLs) in Domino stop working.
Solution
When you enable Symantec Premium AntiSpam, Symantec Mail Security for Domino initially handles all inbound SMTP traffic.
When Symantec Mail Security for Domino forwards the message to the Domino server, the connection originates from the loopback address of 127.0.0.1. Because the loopback address is not on the RBL, Domino accepts the message.
There is no way to make an RBL work in Domino with Premium AntiSpam enabled.
