Technical Solution


You are attempting to save or make changes to the SAV.NSF or other Symantec Mail Security for Domino database. You see the following message:
"Error communicating with NNTask. please retry..."


This message occurs when you access the Symantec Mail Security for Domino databases through the Lotus Notes client that is built in to the Domino server. To avoid this problem, use a standard installation of Lotus Notes or Lotus Domino Administrator.
