Why is the action of the rule set to "strip and send notification", but the attachment is still being sent?
In the notification rule you have the ability to send the original message and this option may be selected.
To troubleshoot this issue, follow the steps below:
- Review the "Content Policy" rules to make sure it is configured correctly.
- Use "Message Tracking" to verify that the disposition and actions reflect the specified rule.
- To review the "Notification rule" in the Control Center, click Settings> Policies> Policy Resources> Notifications.
