Quarantined email messages in Symantec Mail Security Appliance, Brightmail AntiSpam, or Symantec Mail Security for SMTP are corrupt or unreadable

Problem
All quarantined messages are unreadable.
Symptoms
Email messages in quarantine are missing.
- Email messages in quarantine are unreadable text.
Cause
Appliance was improperly shut down. (For example, a power failure.)
Solution
The MySQL Database, where all quarantined messages are stored, is corrupt.
To fix this problem, run 'mysqlcheck' on the MySQL Database.
