All quarantined messages are unreadable.

Symptoms
Email messages in quarantine are missing.
  • Email messages in quarantine are unreadable text.



Cause



Appliance was improperly shut down. (For example, a power failure.)

Solution



The MySQL Database, where all quarantined messages are stored, is corrupt.

To fix this problem, run 'mysqlcheck' on the MySQL Database.
