Issue

You are troubleshooting an issue with an AIM 6.X/7.X client login. You need to gather logs from the AIM 6.X/7.X IM client.

Solution

NOTE: Symantec only has deubugging libraries for AIM 6.8, 6.9, 7.0, 7.1 AIM client versions. If you are using an AIM client version higher then this, uninstall that version and install a version for which there is a client library. You can download earlier version from various archive locations on the Internet.

NOTE:  These libraries are for 32 bit operating systems only.

Download the attached ZIP file and extract the files on the machine where the AIM 6.X/7.X client is installed: CoolTracer.zip
