You have previously purchased a Symantec Brightmail Gateway or Symantec Traffic Shaper appliance. You wish to know how much time remains on the hardware warranty for the machine you purchased.


To determine the time remaining in your hardware warranty:
1. Navigate to the support site of our hardware partner,
2. Click Warranty Status
3. Click Enter a Tag. Or Change Service Tag
4. The first tab, Service Contracts & Warranties displays the start, end, and days remaining
