Issue



Within the portal of Symantec Hosted Mail Security, you seek to permit Domain Administrators to Create, Delete, and Edit User accounts for the domain they admininster.


Solution





Current behavior: When logged into the portal for Symantec Hosted Mail Security with an account with Domain Administrator credentials, the options to Create or Delete users do not appear when viewing user accounts for the domain within the Account Administration tab.


An Enhancement Request has been filed.




Technical Information
Please remember that enhancement requests are requests that require Project Manager approval. Not all enhancement requests mature into product features.
