Problem
How to suppress the pop up windows in SODPWA while using the virtual desktop.
Symptoms
Upon logon on, during the session, and when logging off the virtual desktop, small pop-up information windows are produced.
Cause
This is by design, for relaying infomation, like: "The Symantec On-Demand Cache Cleaner has been installed and is running", or "A pop-up window may have popped up in the normal desktop", or "Please wait while Symantec Virtual Desktop Erases All Data"
Solution
There is currently no way to suppress these notifications. These are notifications generated in the normal course of operation and by design.
