Error 102: "Could not connect to server" in Help > Troubleshooting > Connection Status

In Help > Troubleshooting > Connection Status, you see the error "Could not connect to server."


Solution



This is a general error message indicating that there is a problem with the connection. Run the Symantec Endpoint Protection Support Tool to diagnose problems with system resources.
