Error 110: "The request was forbidden by the server" appears in Troubleshooting > Connection Status

In Help > Troubleshooting > Connection Status, you see the error "The request was forbidden by the server."
This error message indicates that the server returned an HTTP Error 403 (Forbidden) when the client tried to connect. Run the Symantec Endpoint Protection Support Tool to diagnose the problem.
