Error 111: "The server encountered an error and could not process the request" appears in Troubleshooting > Connection Status

In Help > Troubleshooting > Connection Status, you see the error "The server encountered an error and could not process the request."
This error message indicates that the server returned an HTTP Error 500 (Server error) when the client tried to connect. Run the Symantec Endpoint Protection Support Tool to diagnose the problem.
