Error 112: "Unable to create request for server (error code [code])" appears in Troubleshooting > Connection Status

In Help > Troubleshooting > Connection Status, you see the error "Unable to create request for server (error code [code])," where [code] is a number.
This is a general error message indicating that the connection with the server failed. Run the Symantec Endpoint Protection Support Tool to diagnose the problem.
