Error 115: "WinInet network error: [code]" appears in Troubleshooting > Connection Status

In Help > Troubleshooting > Connection Status, you see the error "WinInet network error: [code]," where [code] is a number.
This is a general error message indicating that communication with the server failed. Run the Symantec Endpoint Protection Support Tool to diagnose the problem.
