How to Check the Version of Symantec On-Demand Protection for Web Applications

Problem
You want to know how to locate the version of Symantec On-Demand Protection for Web Applications (SODPWA) that you are currently running.
Solution
There are two ways to check the version of SODPWA that you are currently running:
- From the management console, go to Help > About. The version will be shown there.
- If you do not have access to the Management Console (for instance, you have an appliance that is hosting the SODPWA application without the Management Console), find the SSPGUILib.dll file in the folder the application is stored in. Check the version of this file by viewing it's properties. The version number of this file is the version of SODPWA.
