The Windows Script Host (WSH) is unable to run the HI script. This can be caused by an issue with the WSH registry keys that may be caused by a Microsoft update.
Solution
Warning: Making changes to the Windows registry can have unintended consequences., Backup the windows registry using the regedit tool before proceeding. For more information on backing up the windows registry, see http://support.microsoft.com/kb/322756
