Message: "Scan stopped by user" on a Scheduled Scan window, when logging on after a missed Scheduled Scan

Problem
You log on to a Windows NT or Windows 2000 workstation, and you see a Scheduled Scan window that indicates "Scan Stopped by User." It also notes that 0 files were scanned and 0 viruses detected.
Solution
This problem has been solved in build 39c of Norton AntiVirus Corporate Edition 7.6, and in version 8.01 of Symantec AntiVirus Corporate Edition. If you are experiencing this issue, please click the following document link: How to obtain an update or an upgrade for your Symantec Corporate product
