At the end of a Synthetic Incremental Backup job in Backup Exec 2012 the Backup Exec job engine service (BENGINE.EXE) may terminate in KERNEL32.DLL.

Cause



Low Virtual Memory on the Backup Exec server during Synthetic backups.
