IT Service Management (ITSM) Foundation Training—Online
This IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation Training is a self-paced, multimedia e-learning course, available 24 hours per day, seven days per week. This course is designed as ITSM Foundation certification preparation on ITSM processes, as documented in the ITIL standards. ITSM Foundation Training helps individuals and organizations align the planning, development, delivery, and support of IT services with business objectives.
IT Service Management (ITSM) Foundation Training—Classroom
The ITSM Foundation course introduces the participant to the fundamentals of IT Service Management as described in the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), and the ten core Service Support and Delivery processes. The course is delivered over a two-and-a-half-day period with classroom lecture, case studies, and a one-hour certification examination. The exam is given on the last day of the course. Certification is through the Information Systems Examination Board (ISEB) or EXIN, through Loyalist College. An independent proctor administers the certification exam.
