I enabled the pcAnywhere agent upgrade/install policies after upgrading my server from SMP 7.1 to 7.5 SP1.  However, I can't seem to get pcA working again as it continually asks for a reboot on a couple of my PCs and other workstations as well in our environment.  Furthermore it appears to crash IE in the process. I have a v2.5.2 N5220 appliance which I need to decommission, and later re-deploy. It is/was the 4TB model with no disk shelves. It was previously configured as a master/media with an MSDP pool (no advanced disk). I need to ensure, and be absolutely sure, that any old backup data cannot be scavenged. I'm looking for Backup Exec 2014 trialware as the intended install is on a server running (32 bit) Windows Server 2008. Are the downloads still available for BE 2014? The only trialware downloads I can access are for BE 15. I am looking for a procedure to perform a data erasure on a 5020 appliance.  We need to send several appliances back to Symantec.  Is there an official Symantec procedure for performing a data erasure?
