At the moment with vault cache and virtual vault you have two triggers within the client
1. Number of items to trigger a synchronization (so after user drags/drops 100 items it will start uploading right away as opposed to waiting for a sync)
2. Size of items to trigger a synchronization (so after 15MB has been dragged and dropped, it starts uploading etc)
What would be nice is if you could cap the amount of items awaiting to upload
So that you can say have a maximum of 1000 items, and if ...
Please add a feature allowing Clearwell to collect specific folders from an exchange mailbox.
Scenario: Counsel tells us that they interviewed all of the custodians and gives us a list of the relevant email folders to collect from each custodian's mailbox. Counsel asks us to collect only these folders. Currently they have to be manually exported by an Exchange Admin and then collected with Clearwell.
If this is not possible on the collection side, then a a reasonable ...
It would be really nice if the EVSVR results could be stored in the Directory database and have an ASPX page be able to output the results.
Some of the EVSVR outputs can be painful to parse through and having SQL Queries and views could make things a lot easier for reporting
That way as well you can track easier what is going on with EVSVR at that moment, as opposed to waiting for that particular step to be complete before it dumps everything out in to the text file.
Also it could help to ...
I really like the new Patches screen in Clearwell. I especially like the alert showing me the count of patches so I can easily see when new ones are available.
A few minor tweaks would make that page even more helpful.
Hide the installed patches by default. Failing that, sort them to the bottom of the list. Once I've installed the patch, I no longer need to be reminded about it.
Exclude the installed patches from the count of "patches available" in the yellow ...
In one of our case, the Judge ordered a report showing the time spent by the computer running the jobs for a particular case. We ran roughly 150 jobs for that case in Clearwell. In order to provide the details, we had to literally open up all the jobs, look at the logs file and find the "Start Time" and "End Time" and cut and paste into Excel. It was such a pain. I know the data is in CW, why can't the columns "Start Time" and "End Time" be ...
At times, may be injested that we find needs to be removed from the case for different reasons. In the Clearwell world once loaded it has to remain. Is there any thought on providing a delete key to remove unwanted data..
Competitor software like Nuix, Relativity, FTK or ZyLab offer search&tag option either through user interface directly or via scripts. The idea is to feed to the system a list of search terms with corresponding tags for results (in format of tab delimited txt or csv file). The system will execute searches one by one creating separate reports on each of them (without displaying lists of hit docs) and will tag hit items accordingly. Results arepresented in csv file containing statistics ...
It would be a handy feature to have the ability to combine searches within Clearwell, this would be more convenient than the current workaround of creating new folders and applying the searches to them.
It would be useful to have a tab for single (non-Discussion) emails.
Currently, all documents (including all emails) are contained in the "Documents" tab and emails with replies/fwds are further listed in the "Discussions" tab...but not emails that are just sent out but not fwd'd or replied to.
So, while the "Discussions" tab is a great feature, in order to review non-Discussions email one still has to muck through ALL the emails in the ...
Right now, Outlook Instant Search only looks at Metadata Cache.
Outlook Instant search (The search function in Outlook that piggy backs off of Windows Desktop Search)
needs to look at Item Content Cache as well as the Metadata Cache so that all messages searched for are displayed when we input the search parameters.”
