We have found the criical need to be able to run overlays to populate custom fields with information after a load has been conducted.  All information is not always available at the time of injestion.  Right now without the overlay feature one would have to reload the data with an updated loadfile.  Hence having to load data more than once.  This would be very useful.   Thanks

When scanning hardcopy documents into electronic format, it is common to code the folder name as part of the document name.  That is, the first document in a folder titled "Invoices" might become "Invoices_doc001.pdf".  When later reviewing those documents, it is often most helpful to review them in the order as they existed in the file.  Since these are scans of hardcopy documents, we can not rely on the metadata common to electronic documents so ...

I work for local government and we process a large number of Public Disclosure Requests.  Currently we log each redaction and list the associated code.  As we begin to use (Clearwell) e-Discovery, we will code the redaction and supply the requester with a key.  We believe it would be more efficient to pre-populate these codes so the person doing the redaction would simply have to pick the proper code from a drop down list.  This would eliminate entering the code ...

With the introduction of seperate tagging for parents and children in 7.1.2 it has oepened up a more customisable review process. However with implementing this feature clients are finding it frustrating having to apply tags twice once for parents once for attachments while reviewing in 'Review Mode'. It would be beneficial to have an "apply tag to children check box" when tagging a parent. I realise this feature is avaliable in snippet mode however Reviewers spend 99% of ...

Currently all available reports are visible and available. They are requesting the ability to only see the reports that they run regularly, in their view 2) Ability to create report subscriptions so that reports are emailed regularly, rather than have to create a weekly report.

Hello,   My organisation has a specific requirement to incrementally control the size of EVSVR Repair and Verify DatabaseReferences and DatabaseLinkages operations.   This is because we are already defining our scans down to the Vault Store Partition level and still the scans take months to complete. Storage and Database access has been sped up substantially, but we simply cant get the scan running fast enough. The scans will never complete as the servers or EVSVR crash before the ...

Customer of mine is using very often manual archiving, when he select multiple emails for archiving outlook is freezing for more than two minutes, a support case was opened for that and the conclusion is that this is a normal behavior. His enhancement request is now to have a progress bar to show the user that outlook is still working, in the same manner we have one when we retrieve an archived item.

Hi, As you all know, from EV2007 onwards there is a feature called "Enable recovery of user deleted items" - with the number of days before the items are permanently deleted: When users delete their emails from their archives the items are marked for deletions and the indexed items are deleted so that they are not available via Search or Archive Explorer. The deleted items will then be in a 'Dumpster' of the archive in the Deleted Items tab of the user's ...

Hi, When the Outlook Behaviour - Shortcut Deletion in the Exchange Desktop Policy is set to Both Deleted: When a user deletes an EV Shortcut or a folder contains EV Shortcuts via Outlook they get the following: EV Shortcut A folder conatins EV Shortcut(s) If they use OWA then the warnings are more or less the same. I understand that there are good reasons for the warnings above because when Yes is clicked it performs a hard delete, deleting the EV shortcuts in the ...
