This component allows you to draw arrows on your process model. For example, this could be used to connect an annotation describing a component to that component. Arrows may be drawn on either end of the line, both ends or neither (effectively drawing a line). It is worth noting, that the arrow's end points do not "attach" to other components so if a component that an arrow points at is moved, the arrow will have to be adjusted accordingly.
An arrow may be drawn from an annotation that describes what a particular comonent is doing to the component being described. This is especially useful if the annotation and the component cannot be placed right next to each other.
Draw a line separating two sets of components. You may, at times, have a set of components drawn very near to each other that can lead to some confusion about where the flow goes. In this case, an arrow can be drawn with both "Start Arrow" and "End Arrow" set to false to draw a line dividing the two sets of components visually.
