On page 7 you write:
I have CMS 7.1 SP2 MP1 installed and the only available file there is LogViewer.exe.
Altiris.Diagnostics.dll I found at C:\Program Files\Altiris\Upgrade.
SourceGrid2.dll and SourceLibrary.dll i do not find at all.
I tried to copy the complete Diagnostics directory with the Altiris.Diagnostics.dll I found at C:\Program Files\Altiris\Upgrade --> not working.
So which version this document was made for and how to get this running with 7.1?
For 7.1 find the Altiris.Diagnostics.dll. It should be in the Altiris Agent folder. After finding it, register it. Once you do that, locate the SYmantec Management Agent in the system tray. Right click and you'll notice a new menu. Click on diagnostics and you'll see many options avaialble, and Log Viewer is among them.
Isn't this the same as using "aexnsagent /diags" then?
