This component is designed to work directly with the workflow engine to handle workflow tasks. A valid session ID is required, and "Use Global Session" should suffice in most cases.
Timeout value handles the length of time the component may use in its attempt to close the task. "Use Proxy" can be used in an environment where a proxy connection is necessary.
Closing a Service Ticket Task
An easy way to close a workflow task, such as an assigned ticket task. This component may be placed downstream of a ticket override that a manager could use to close out tasks related to an employee who recently quit and whose tickets no longer need to be worked.
