A rejected Change Management request will appear on the My Open Tickets report, displayed on the Tickets page in ServiceDesk 7.
The My Open Tickets report by default shows closed Change Management items. To resolve this, the report can be edited to remove this. Here is how:
1. In ServiceDesk, choose Reports. 2. In the left pane, choose Process Reports. In the right pane, click on the Action button for My Open Tickets, then choose Edit. 3. In the Edit Report window, scroll down in the left pane until you find Process Management. Locate Status, check it and click on the blue box to the right of it. 4. In the Status window, check Not Equals and then locate Change Rejected in the left box. Select it, click the arrows to populate it into the right box and then click OK. 5. Then click Save in the Edit Report window.
This will edit the report to exclude closed/rejected Change Management items.
Found solution: Process management - 'Assigned to users' caused 'Open' state tickets to disappear after changing the state if someone bumps into same issue that I had.
When changing status settings all my tickets with status 'Open' disappeared even though I selected open tickets to the My Open Tickets Report. All other statuses do work as intended.
Can anyone explain what I'm doing wrong here or is it just a bug? I'm using ServiceDesk 7.1.
Thanks in advance!
