Enterprise Security User Research – Feedback Opportunities Group

We are conducting user research to inform the on-going development of our common cloud console. As we migrate several product lines onto a new common platform, we want to better understand the users managing security across organizations, the processes they use, the tools involved in those processes, and the pain points they experience.

Our research will help validate and identify:

• key opportunities to integrate and streamline workflows
• relevant policy and orchestration features
• actionable reporting capabilities across security functions and tools

We are interested in meeting and interviewing multiple roles within different organizations (small to large enterprises), including:

• Director of IT
• Security Engineers
• Security Architects
• Enterprise Admins
• Server Admins
• Desktop Admins
• Director of Risk & Compliance

We would like to meet with each role individually for up to 90 minutes preferably at your site. Participants will receive a gift card and, upon request, we will provide an anonymized report of our key findings. Insights from the research will feed directly into our product development.
