Creating New Policy in Symantec ESM Server

Step 1: Start Symantec ESM Enterprise Console from start Menu as below

Step 2: Login to ESM Enterprise Console account with admin credential.

Step 3: Below is the Main Console of Symantec ESM.

Step 4: To create New Policy in ESM Server Right Click on Policies Select “New Policy”.

Step 5: When you click on “New Policy” it will prompt for the Policy Name. Provide appropriate name to policy then click OK.

Step 6: After providing Policy name it will ask to insert Modules in policy. 

Step 7: Select the Modules you have to add into that polices

Step 8: After Selecting Modules Click on Middle double arrow button to add into Current Modules then click ‘OK’.

Step 9: You can see the Policy created at left side Pane of ESM Server.
