The web console of the DLP Enforce is a https one. Everytime the user launch Internet Explorer to try to log into the DLP Enforce, there will be a certificate error such as this:
The user need to click 'Continue to this website (not recommended)' to continue the login.
Here are the method and steps to disable the DLP Enforce certificate error.
1. Click the 'Certificate Error' button of the Internet Explorer, then click 'View certificates' link:
2. Click 'Install Certificate' button:
3. Click Next button:
4. Select the 'Place all certificates in the following store' option, the click 'Browse' button:
5. In the certificate store list, select 'Trusted Root Certification Authorities', then click 'OK' button:
6. Click 'Next' button:
7. Click 'Finished' button:
8. Click 'Yes' button on the Security Warning windows:
9. Click OK of the certificate import wizard:
After imprt the certificate of the web console of DLP Enforce, you will need to change a configuration of the Internet Explorer to disable the certificate check.
10. Click the Tools' menu of the Internet Explorer, then select 'Internet Options':
11. Select 'Advanced' tab, then find out the option 'Warn about certificate address mismatch':
12. This option is enabled by default, you need to uncheck this option and restart Internet Explorer:
The next time launch Internet Explorer to log into DLP Enforce, there will be no certificate error.
