A couple of customer wanted to know "How they can make ServiceDesk 7.5 Change Management to use Classification Information while creating ticket and further in reports similar to Incident Management".
After understanding there business requirement I test a few thing to accommodate such a functionality in Change Management. After Modify the SD.ChangeManagementSimple.Request Feeder I was able to achieve this, the details of the complete enhancement is mentioned in the attached PDF document. For reference the Modify Workflow Product, Report, Process View Page etc are also attached to the article.
Kindly take a backup of your existing Workflow Project, ProcessView Page etc before deploying this in production and also test it in test lab before using it in production.
