How to Disable password reset on Symantec Portection Center

Below are the Steps to Disable the password reset from Symantec Protection Center.

  1. Browse to Admin -- > Servers --> Edit Site properteis.
  2. Select the Security Tab.
  3. Uncheck the option "Allow new passwords to be created for forgotten administrator passwords".
  4. Click on OK.

Consequence is: Would this be scary  come to think that users that looses their passwords could not be reseted?
What would be the Pros for this?
