How to Share an Incident Template in ServiceDesk

The Advanced Incident Form in ServiceDesk will allow you to save an incident as a template, to reduce the time needed to log common incidents. In most cases, this will only save the template for the user who created it. To allow that template to be used by others, you can uncheck the checkbox called "User Only Template". Once this is done, anyone with permission to access the Advanced Incident form will be able to access the template for use.

I need to make personal templates for diferent customers.
The customer 1 can't see the templates of customer 2
I can do it, if i create incident templates by users, but i have to create a new template user, by user.
You know a mean to share templates only with groups?

Does anyone know how to secure the template so that it cannot be easily overwritten, except by an Administrator?
