The Symantec Operations Readiness Tools (SORT) provides customers with a holistic, centralized, value-added set of services to proactively plan deployments, upgrades, and resolve/prevent product and support-related issues. The use of SORT will help increase installation and upgrade success rates, decrease downtime risks, and ultimately significantly reduce the need for technical support. In this hands-on lab, participants will learn and use the SORT tools by executing installation and upgrade checklists to gain a better understanding of how to conduct site assessments and what key capabilities are available. Knowledgeable Symantec faculty will guide you through the process and help answer any questions.
