Liveupdate Errors

Here i will explain you to how to fix the error with Symantec Endpoint Protection Liveupdate error issues and also you will come to know about the detailed description about that particular issue.  In order to know the error codes which will create at the time of Liveupdate, need to configure Symantec Liveupdate on controlpanel

Start--> Settings --> Controlpanel -->Symantec Liveupdate
General tab
How do you want to use Liveupdate? --> Change to Interactive Mode
Error Support Level --> Error support - to Enhanced (Drop down box)

Now go to Start-->Run-->type - LUALL
this will run Liveupdate ( just click on next and go ahead with the liveupdate process)

If Liveupdate gets failure it will be displaying the error code, make a note of the error code.

On the right top corner of the website you will be finding search column just type the error code with prefix LU, for an example if you get error code 1824 type LU1824 on the search box it will give you the solution steps.
