Application Metering with IBM apps

Please be aware if you are running app metering 6.1.32 (client is 6.1.31) with any of the IBM apps eg. Director or Rapid Restore on your client pcs, make sure you have applied hotfix KB38995.

Otherwise, if you have "send summary data" turned on in your app metering configuration, the agent will get hung up on these apps and cause the computers to hang, fail to respond and the data will fail to be sent to the NS.

Once the hotfix is applied you are good to go, and they run in harmony.
